What type of license do I need?
We offer two types of licenses: Lite and Extended. Our Lite License is intended to meet the needs of small businesses, freelancers and students. The Extended License is thought to meet the needs of agencies as well as medium sized and large companies. For additional details, please refer to our License terms.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of files are final. So sorry: we do not offer refunds for downloaded goods.
Do you offer free mockups?
Yes, we do. Download them and test them out, we’re confident that the quality will convince you, and you’ll soon want more. Check out our FREE mockups here.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the majority of credit/debit cards. We use eximbay to securely process credit card data. All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected: this means that your information is securely transmitted during the processing of all payments.
Payment isn't going through! What could be the reason?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the payment failure. Please refer to the error codes below to help resolve the issue:
- PC07: This error occurs when attempting to pay with a Korean-issued card for international transactions. Please use the dedicated website for Korean customers (kr.scenenumbermockup.com) to complete your purchase.
- Error II: This error occurs when the approval limit on the card has been exceeded. Please contact your card issuer to verify the card's limit and try again.
- 8373/LJ/X000: This error occurs when the transaction is declined by the card issuer. Possible reasons include exceeding the card limit or restrictions on international payments. Please contact your card issuer for further details.
- D231: This error occurs when the card information is entered incorrectly. Please ensure the correct card details are provided.
- PC38: This error occurs when attempting to pay with a corporate card. Due to potential risks, corporate card payments are restricted. Please use a personal card instead.
